Since its inception, Asia ICT Project Management has provided professional consultancy services in a variety of complex ICT Projects. Some involved an evolutionary process that changed the very nature of how an enterprise viewed itself, its needs, and the way it conducted business.
Here are some milestones of Asia ICT Project Management's contributions during the past eight years:
- Completed possibly the world's largest system integration project for the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
- Invented the "Fast Track Data integration Model" methodology, used by Shanghai Pudong International Airport System Integration Project.
- Lead the selected contractors and negotiated for the Integrated Airport Information System at the Guangzhou International Airport. Subsequently, appointed as senior advisor for the overall project implementation.
- System optimization for Inchon International Airport in Korea.
- Contributed in the development of Malaysian Government's Cross Flagship Integration Architecture.
Systems Engineering is an interdisciplinary process of understanding the operational needs of customers and translating it into a full set of capabilities for them. It considers the needs of all stakeholders with the goal of providing a quality product on time, on budget, and meets the needs of each customer's circumstances. Systems Engineering involves concept definition, design, development, implementation, testing and validation of a system or family of systems.
