Khor Soon Kheng, PMP
KHOR SOON KHENG (SK) is the first Malaysian to be selected as the member of the PMI Congress Bangkok 2006 Conference Organizing Committee and he is the PMI Information Technology and Telekom Special Interest Group (5000 members) - Asia Pacific Chair and Adjunct Professor for College of Software University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, Beijing, China (IT Project Management).
SK, a Project Management Professional (PMP? is the founder of Asia ICT Project Management Sdn. Bhd. He has more than 15 years of International Complex ICT Project Management experience with successful track records of managing Mission and Life critical systems project implementation for FOUR International airports - Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai Pudong (China), Inchon (Korea) and Guangzhou (China) and Cross Flagship Integration Architecture Project for Government of Malaysia.
He is currently engaged as Senior Advisor for THE MITRE Corporation; a Federal funded R&D Centers for Government of USA for aviation projects in Asia. He was involved in system development work in Oracle Corporation, Europe, USA and Asia Pacific and founder of Design Migration Services. He is the Vice President and Director of Programs for PMI Malaysian Chapter (2003/2004) and is actively involved in International Council of System Engineering (INCOSE).
Lee Nan Phin, PMP
LEE NAN PHIN is the senior advisor and facilitator for Asia ICT Project Management Sdn. Bhd. He has more than 18 years of experience in managing IT related projects in the financial services industry. He has experience in various environments, from the Government, Financial Services Industry to Conglomerates, System Integrators and Independent Software Vendors.
He co-founded I-Enterprise Online, a software company specializing in Java-based Internet enabled applications development and integration. He is an inventor of Fast Track Integration Methodology presented in the PMI Congress Asia Pacific 2005 and is currently involved in the Beijing Olympic 2008 Project Management Capability Improvement.
Currently he is the Chairman of Malaysia National Computer Confederation Open Source Special Interest Group (www.mncc.com.my). He is the co-author of 'Foundation IT Project Management' and 'Managing Complex IT Project' seminar. He also lectures for MSc. IT Programs in Universities and Colleges. His current involvement is in the area of System Architecture and Knowledge Management.
Guy Pitz
With a Masters in Accounting and a Bachelors in Computer Science, Guy Pitz has forged a solid reputation for developing and implementing cutting-edge complex mission critical systems in the International market for over 30 years. He has worked on numerous key projects including the development and implementation of a Total Airport Management System (TAMS) for the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, the development and implementation of a 40-site satellite earth station system for the United Nations in the countries of the former Yugoslavia (Croatia, Macedonia, Bosnia, Slovenia, and Serbia), and the development of all communications and security software for the Strategic Air Command Digital Network for the US Air Force.
Thomas Schafer
Leading a team of IT specialists within the Industrial Solutions and Services group of Siemens AG in Germany, Dr. Thomas Schäfer has developed IT solutions for the automotive industry and airport IT systems; principal clients include DaimlerChrysler and the Stuttgart International Airport.
Dr. Schäfer has more than 25 years experiences in developing and managing complex IT systems in various areas. He has developed software package for detailed investigations of the entire Westeuropean interconnected power system, control systems of power and water supply and the operational IT system for the international airport of Stuttgart.
He holds a diploma degree in electrical engineering and a doctoral degree of power engineering from the University of Stuttgart, Germany and is a member of VDE and IEEE.
Lee-Lin Thye
Lee-Lin Thye is results-driven manager with 17 years of software experience in product management, marketing, and development. She holds a Masters degree in Management from Stanford University and has a foundation that spans Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), vertical applications, internet, and security. She has honed a strong understanding of entire product life-cycle built from a career with Oracle Corporation spanning some 14 years that progressed steadily from operations to business.
Marc Dormoy
A results-oriented professional with over 20 years experience in Information Technology (IT), Marc Dormoy has management and technical expertise in system acquisition, development, implementation, activation, operation and maintenance.
Dormoy's major IT experience, strengths and skills include bids and proposals, project management, systems integration, software development, operation and maintenance, and personnel management. He also has significant experience in Complex Information Technology Project Management.
Dormoy holds a Masters degree in engineering from the Univerisity of Miami, Florida and has worked in various industries including aviation, government, manufacturing, consulting, contracting and franchising.
Jack Yang
Jack Yang is a certified system analyst in China (the highest software development qualification in China), and has vast experience in Civil Airport Projects. He is one of only a handful of experts who is familiar with the developments for the Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou airports. Jack is also responsible for the bidding, development, system integration and acceptance of many other mega IT civil airport projects in China. He is currently the Chief Architect and Consultant for the RFP of the 2nd phase project for the Shanghai Pudong Airport IT System Integration and has just completed the preliminary design for AODB (Airport Operation Database). He was also recently appointed the Chief architect of the SIEMENS team and has successfully lead SIEMENS in acquiring the Multimillion Dollars State-of-the-art government project in the south of china.
Jack has chalked in many years of experience in a multi-country / multi-cultures environment and is the founder of Beijing Group Wise Technology Co. established in March 2005. He devotes a lot of his time to the Development of and Consultation for the Civil Aviation Government Applications.

He was previously the Vice President, Technology of Citibank N.A., Singapore.
Lakshman Pillai
